Each painted picture is a window into the inner world of the person who created it. At least, this is completely sure Indian watercolorist - Ananta Mandal (Ananta Mandal). In childhood, an amazing book filled with illustrations came into his hands. It was called "Great Artists". It is difficult to answer exactly what more provoked the choice of profession: the desire to write on this list your own name or the ability to create another world with the help of colors and colors.
Most of his paintings are covered with hazy haze. It would seem that a simple artistic technique, but familiar, the everyday landscape outside the window is, thanks to him, beautiful and very romantic. The plots of this Indian artist are often works created in the living world with the help of water: a rainy sky, a wet, shining mirror of roads, and the sun reflected in puddles. It is not surprising that for the image of such landscapes Ananta Mandal chose watercolor - the paint and its heroes have family ties. The artist himself claims that in this technique he is most attracted by the ease of use and the opportunity to meditate in parallel with work.
The main accusation addressed to contemporary artists is the creation of pictures based on photographs. Ananta Madal does not consider this tool a crime and does not neglect it if it considers it necessary. He always works in the studio, and the main thing for creating a creative atmosphere is the mood, which, in fact, creates the depicted plot. If you need a picture to keep the memory of him, it's okay. The final result is more important. If you manage to catch a moment and show it to others in a new, interpreted facet, the goal is considered accomplished.
